DC seems to mean Chiropractic meaning the scan/free report will be of your nervous system as it connects to the spine. I am not sure what treatment is proposed. I had a scan for a general check up but did not commit to the rather expensive treatment programme that was recommended so can't comment of the efficacy of treatments but if I was suffering from neuropathy once I'd improved my diabetes I might try a treatment as I know the NHS mainstream only seems to offer pain relief.
 
Sorry, but to me that whole advert reeks of quackery and scamming. I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
