Consumerism, waste, modern self-obsession with appearance, animal cruelty, pollution. Lies and liars.
The skin on my lower legs and feet has been numb for years. I used to think this was caused by pinched nerves in my spine, but this year I have had a laminectomy and fusion to fix that, and I still have the same symptoms. Is this neuropathy? And will it reverse if I am "good"? I mean, keep my HBAc1 in the fives? (My last one was 5.5) I was only diagnosed Type 2 earlier this year, with HBAc1 of 13.5. How much of diabetes symptoms are reversible, and is anyone ever "cured"?

Obviously we cannot say for certain if it's Neuropathy as we are not medically qualified to do so, you'd be better off discussing this with your gp and getting a proper diagnoses.

However, if it is Neuropathy then good bg control can help to slow down the progression and may even lesson the symptoms according to the following:
