New hba1 c

    Hi all hope you are all well.
    Not posted for a while. Been busy.
    Just wanted to let you know my results are now 44. !!!!!!! Yeah !!!!
    Down from 103 in February.
    Just want to say thanks for all your advice on here in getting me to this point.
    It's been a nightmare but seeing the changes has been good now.
    I have more energy, very slowly losing a few pounds and feeling better in myself. So all good.

    Hi guys. Thanks for your responses. Yes I'm very pleased.
    Being a bit thick can anyone pease tell me how I update my wall? I tried to do it but it seems to only show as a separate post! I want it show like Robbity post, where it shows as a continuing post. Help!!
