New phone arrived this afternoon to replace the twelve mini I’ve had for three and a half years. It’s been well used, and the battery was running down too quickly. As I see the phone as a medical necessity these days, I was prepared to lay out the money for the newest model. I do pretty much everything on it from Gp contact to banking. And my Libre of course.
I was very nervous after seeing all the posts about the new up to date operating system with the Libre. Especially as my sensor has only been on for two days. Relief, everything transferred with ease and present sensor just continued after a quick scan.

Congrats on new fone I too am on 12 mini and love it it actually fits in my pocket , I’m holding out til Apple make a folding I phone , unfortunately these days a smart fone is a necessity for me and most diabetics . Oh how times have changed whatever happened to those red boxes that people use to pee in? Not me of course .

I had to get a new iPhone 4 weeks ago as my original one which was 2 yrs old packed up when the internal aerial failed and they replaced it for free but 1 yr later the new phone failed with the same problem , they did not have the same phone in stock so they replaced it with a new iPhone 16e which should have been £150 extra for free ,good old apple they have given me the best service I have from anyone over the years .

@Ushthetaff I didn’t want to go too big either. So resisted the max. I carry mine in a bum bag so don’t have the pocket problem, though it fits well in a cardigan when hanging out the washing and my dressing gown. I have actually surprised myself as I love the bigger screen. It is so fast too and scans the pens brilliantly without me having to be too accurate where I place them.
