I'm off to New Zealand in March for a few weeks of travelling (can't wait). I've not been abroad since i was diagnosed and was wondering how food labelling compares. I'm assuming its more or less the same?

On a different note, if someone has been, do you know what sort of weather they get in March??

Thanks!

March is Summer in NZ and should be warm. Depends on where you are. the nearer the Equator, the warmer. From the Southern end of South Island, it's not all that far to Antarctica. In fact they do trips to fly over Mount Erebus. I've never been, but correspond with someone in Blenheim regularly.
Wish I could come with you.
It's one of the most civilized countries in the world. So food labelling is excellent.

John its wetter on the west coast and drier on the East, other than that pretty similar to the weather here. I did a tour a couple of years ago - absolutely loved the place especially the south island. Fjiordland is a must and the wales at Kaikora
Simply enjoy it i did.

ive got Cyprus next tuesday for 3 weeks

Bon Voyage

Hi Johnar

March is late summer beginning of autumn in New Zealand so the weather will still be really nice there food labelling is the same as here in the UK, you have nothing to worry about there, the health service is excellent too, you are going to love it over there, I have been there a few times.

All the best

Karen

Mirziana I have been to Singapore before, what is it that you want to know?
