now you need a maintenance way of eating, as you know most people go back to their old way of eating and put back on all the weight....Beware the carb creeping and keep it low

What's your height, And what was your starting finishing weight. I have lost 22Lbs so far and its saying thats only 2.2 of my BMI. Which sucks more than a dyson with a cold.

Alas, my soup strainer has now gone to the great barber in the sky, but I can answer your other questions.
My height is 6' 0" and my starting weight on 01 Aug was 17st 03lbs
Finishing weight on 01st Dec was 12st 12lbs
My better half thinks I look like a scarecrow with a baggy bum.......

It was the best I could do at short notice. I will update with a more serious look when I get the chance. I think my baseball cap is in the car next to my Kylie CD lol
