Omnipod ‘my life’ diasend upload...

I’m sure we’ve uploaded the Omnipod ‘my life’ to diasend before... all serial numbers in and registered. However we’ve come to upload in prep for DSN app’t tomorrow and the uploader doesn’t find the meter?? Just keeps searching? Any ideas, Freestyle Libre uploaded fine no problem. Only thing different is a recent diasend uploader software update. Any ideas appreciated?

hi there--- i just installed version 3.2 of diasend on my PC and successfully uploaded my omnipod....

sorry i cant offer any real help....

only thought... i always plug the PDM in first and let it do its thing until it says it is ready to transmit data ... then i open diasend...

This happened to me. I used a different computer and it seemed to fix it!!
