It has been a looooong and gruelling clay and grass court season and during that and at the behest of Media centres around Europe - my BG has been on the up and is annoying back in double figures at the moment.
Not helped by body caving in to a cold literally the day after Wimbledon! I dropped a US colleague at the airport at 3am (yes, VERY AM!) and slept most of Tues and Weds and feel slightly more human.
Breakfast has been steady at Greek Yoghurt, berries and back to eating my way through home made soup (and indeed the contents of my freezer!)
Dinner tonight will be thai "noodles" of thinly shredded cabbage and pad thai broccoli and egg...
Will probably book to get bloods done in August before I head off for my next trip to cover the tennis tournament in Cincinnati.
