How's your diabetes going with Ozempic?

Has your glucose and hba1c gone up now?

I been on ozempic since 2022 - it has taken a year and 1/2 for ozempic to get my uncontrolled glucose/diabetes into manageable. Then finally ozempic got my hba1c down.

If your glucose is becoming unmanageable - get your c-peptide checked out - how much of your own insulin you are producing.

One thing it will be way more slower to lose weight for Diabetic on Ozempic.

You might need to discuss with your doctor for managing your diabetes treatments if ozempic no longer works.

As I'm heading into nearly 3rd year ozempic next year - I have found if I lower my ozempic doses to 0.25mg - my glucose will rises up.

So I have to stick between 0.50mg to 1mg dose a week to keep my glucose manageable. Only time ozempic won't work for my diabetes if I'm unwell or on 5 days short courses of prednisolone - I get high glucose and ketones from 1.6 mmol to 2.6 mmol - at risk for Diabetes Ketoacidosis.
