I read about this a while ago then forgot all about it! I'm reluctant to test it now as my BG is still too high, but I look forward to hearing if other people try it. Will try it myself one day when I'm more stable, can't wait!
I've tried the Slim pasta, noodles and rice, all good with no carbs, but I'd still prefer to eat the real stuff if possible.
Maybe pre-cooked pasta reheated by stir-frying with butter, that sounds good
