Thanks for the heads up regarding the pedometer... my sister and I are doing the beach walk daily and always try to hit at least 5 miles. She has an app on her phone but when I am alone I just aim to hit a certain spot on the beach then I know I have roughly hit it. We do this daily and are appreciating our better fitness levels and our new sizes in clothes. The dogs love it too :D

Anybody known we take the steps atleast 10,000 per day.. But the matter is 10,000 steps for keep healthy. 12,000 - 15,000 steps for weight loss. And i know this is definitely possible with the use of pedometers.. Cheers a lot and take a steps also lot..
