Pegasus Card - Type 1 unsure what to write

Hello Hive mind
Im trying to complete a pegasus card, which allows police (I have been mistaken for being drunk while having a low - autistic & just shut down even at the best of times.)

I need to explain that I have unstable Type 1 diabetes, hypoawareness is dicey at best, and use a Dexcom CGM that is connected to my phone. that I need to check BG on a very regular basis - probably more regularly than usual

Unsure that made any sense

What you’ve written looks fine to me @Icantsleep, don’t forget to include you are autistic too along with how that makes things more difficult and what they can do to help you. The more information you can give the better.
