I've seen a number of posted pics from an app not mfp that shows say. A portion of sliced peppers on a plate for a certain amount of carbs. It looks great...does anyone know which app it is please ?
I don't have it, but lots of people rave about it. I hear the book is better, with more foods in, and the full sized version, as opposed to the handbag size.
I use this app and record different weight of foods I eat under "My Foods", saves calculating twice for the same weight of e.g. Banana. also adding "Fods" to "meal" is handy when eating out for keeping a running total.
