At the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital the children's diabetes team has developed a range of podcasts to help young people aged 14+ with frank lifestyle advice about managing their condition. They cover eight topics

    • Introduction to Diabetes
      Looking, Feeling C**P
      Match Fit
      Nights Out
      Surviving Ayia Napa
      Diabetes, Sex and So On
      Keeping it Secret
      Myths

We're grateful to Takeda for an educational grant to fund them and to TWG who produced them.

You can listen to the diabetes podcasts or download them for free at www.nnuh.nhs.uk/podcasts/diabetes or you can find them on the iTunes store too (search NNUH)

We hope teenagers find them useful and we're keen to get feedback. To be in with a chance of winning an iPod Shuffle you can enter a prize draw by completing this survey about the new podcasts - http://is.gd/1bEUi
