Morrisons and Tesco are pretty good deli counters but if they're not stocking certain things, the best thing to do is to let Customer Services know by email. That's what I do if something isn't available in a certain supermarket. I've had good responses from both Tesco and ASDA whenever I've made suggestions for stuff I'd like to see them stock, or even aisle signage suggestions.
