I followed a low carb diet. Ate plenty of veggies , greens, nuts. I avoid all fruits but eat some berries - mulberries, gooseberries, amla, woodapple, unripe star fruit, unripe green mangoes, raw green papaya.
I avoid all grains, lentils. I prepare flat bread using soy flour, defatted almond flour, defatted peanut flour, vital wheat gluten, deoiled sesame seed powder.
Typical breakfast - salad, soup, nuts with chia seeds in curd.
Lunch - vegetable soup, salad, sauteed veggies, low carb bread(home made), 1 cup of greens
Dinner - cualiflower rice, mix vegetable curry, soup, salad, veg cutlet made with home made low carb flour.
Snack - Edamame, sliced cucumber, lime juice with salt and cooking soda, salt roasted soy.
