I've been on an animas 2020 for about three months now, and was wondering if anyone hs experienced similar problems, for the past three infusion set catridge changes I've been getting an alarm midway through rewinding the pump. I phoned animas and they say that three times in thirty days is far too many and I should disconnect and they will send me a new pump. Back to the pens in the meantime, had to happen on a Sunday as well when I can't even contact the DN.
