I had a full on binge. My BM just didn't rise as it normally would. This has happened a few times recently. It's like I am malabsorbing or something, just trying to understand the possible physiology behind it and wondering what I have possibly damaged.

Yes, but a full-on binge of what exactly? If contained very little carbohydrate then you wouldn't expect it to have much affect on your blood sugar?
