Hi I am a Type 2 Diabetic but also suffer from Osteoarthritis which makes it very difficult to exercise . I used to go to Tail-Chi when I could stand without a stick.
But I found a great site for Chi-Gung ,Quigong for all. And Tail-Chi for Arthritis by Dr Paul Lam.
