I do understand. Really.
I had years of BG highs and lows (with inexorably increasing weight). For years.
If I could do it all again, with all the knowledge, the BG meter and 30 years of experience...
I would have started low carbing earlier
I would have stuck to it
I would have introduced regular, enjoyable exercise, and
I wouldn't have gone near any fad, very low calorie, best seller, magazine editor endorsed nonsense diet
And I would have been far happier, healthier and might have avoided the slow slide into my various health problems.
