Hi ... I really need to loose half a stone ... I have heard a lot about the raspberry ketone diet, has anyone tried it and what other diets can we do? Please help

Go strictly low carb.
You'll lose it in a week to 10 days.

No need to waste money on fad wonder diets.

I attempted to use this diet but found that the monthly cost was excessive and it was difficult to stop the monthly payments.
I think this is not a reputable web site

Really... I will try but it's so hard because I can go in hypos at times and end up eating things I don't want too... I have gained half stone in 6 months and I'm really un happy about it ...

I do understand. Really.

I had years of BG highs and lows (with inexorably increasing weight). For years.

If I could do it all again, with all the knowledge, the BG meter and 30 years of experience...

I would have started low carbing earlier
I would have stuck to it
I would have introduced regular, enjoyable exercise, and
I wouldn't have gone near any fad, very low calorie, best seller, magazine editor endorsed nonsense diet

And I would have been far happier, healthier and might have avoided the slow slide into my various health problems.

Please listen. Please.

This is the best advice that I can possibly give you.

Please don't do what I did.
