Daughter has had a really good week.
She woke with BG readings of 4-5.5 all week.
Had breakfast of 50-70 carbs
Ate midmorning snack of fruit.
Lunch readings of 6-7. Had packed lunch of between 50-70 carbs.
Pre tea readings of between 8-10. Tea 40-70 carbs.
Then supper of 30 carbs.
Did dancing lesson and PE without going hypo. Infact only one hypo during last 7 days.
Had two days without any shaking , trembling or fits.
And had an ice cream and a small packet of sweets at theatre .
So i'm really happy and more importantly so is she.
