- to be honest at my fighting weight now my major dislike has to be ME
Hey to all hope everyone otay ive been type 2 diabetic for 8 yrs and nov 2012 i went on a lifestyle challenge better way of sayin diet
I started workin out insulin came down watched what i ate its now march and ive been totally off both novorapid and levemir a month and ive lost 4 stone its weird ive gone from checkin my blood sugars 5+times per day to only checkin 2times a week im still on 4metformin every day last week ive been gettin aweful headaches and dizzy spells and sick havent been able keep much food down is this my body adjustin i use a app called myfitnesspal to track calories etc also i had a major need for chocolate tonight i never hve been one for choc my downfall was bread
