I was origanlly diagnosed on the 24/01/2013 as a type 2 diabetic. Doctors could never get things sorted for meso they referred me to tbe diabetes centre. After a lot of giggling with meds i was put on to victoza and over night my blood sugar dropled. That is for a couple of months. So in the end. It. Was on to insulin. In 2015 i started helping out a friend with a few jobs and doing slimming world and i hardly took any insulin. Because of other health problems i had to give up helping a friend and couldnt get my head arond doing insulin. So i only took it wben i had high carbs. Lets move on a little here to tbe 19th dec. Me and my prtner went to a christmas party. I had a few drinks bu not excessive. The following day i woke up and had a little hang over and didnt feel to bad. Had someting to eat and went back to sleep. Then it all started feeling sick and generally wanting to die. I was like this till the new year went out on new years eve and had a few more drinks and. Fellt ill again. I had also lost abou 3 stone in weight. I was feeling ill all the time i knew i had aa appointment with tbe the diabeetes centre on tbe 8th of feb. Went t the appointment and saw the specialist and told him honestly. What was going on and about the insulin as well. We went through everything. And my hba1c was at 117 and keytones of 4.8 so i was diagnosed tbere and then as a type 1 lada. Now the keytones have now gone and back doing my insulin. And i now feel great compared to what i did
