Interesting programme on BBC1 now (or iPlayer later) about food, fat, sugar, obesity and food labelling. Worth watching.

Just watched the prog, interesting bit about the wallpaper paste !

Fairly balanced I thought, although very little emphasis on carbs, still it was aimed at 'normal' people !
