Really good advice. Actually, even our dogs are on bone broth, turmeric, glucosamine etc.My own choices to help my knees are
- pray to never fall into the clutches of a physio therapist ever again
- bone broth
- turmeric
- glucosamine and chondroitin
- listen to my body and NEVER overdo the walking and stairs or I will be worse for the next few days
- stand with good posture (no point saving the knees if you aggravate everything else)
- found out what foods aggravate my joints and totally avoid them. With me the worst offenders are potato, tomato and peppers.
- do exercise, but introduce it incrementally slowly, waiting 2 - 3 days before stepping up to the next increment.
