Had a teledoc appointment with my endocrinologist. I am in a program called Virta and the Virta dr took me off Januvia. I am still on metformin. She agreed with that. She was mostly pleased. Told me to take extra fish oil, even though I eat low carb and don’t drink, my triglycerides are a little high, and to get more exercise. I will make an appointment for Jan and have labs done then.
