Bacon and egg and cheese omelette Two slices of middle bacon. Cage eggs. Low carb bread for toast. Breakfast in a private hospital after a colonoscopy and a 36 hour fast. Just the basics.
Just ate a two egg, fresh herb omelette with 2 cups fresh black coffee. If you had asked sooner I would have photographed it but too late now!
I saw this too late, and anyway not sure my breakfast is photogenic. Milled flaxseed with a little oatbran and some chia seeds, with a few chopped nuts or extra seeds (eg sunflower or sesame), a pinch of salt, loads of cinnamon, a spoonful of coconut milk and hot water, microwave for 2 mins then serve with double cream. Even with a milky coffee that's less than 2g of carbs and it keeps me full for hours.

Ooh interesting that you can get away with baked beans, I’d written them off, I must try! That looks a great breakfast although for me, the bacon is not crispy enough
