had my d appointment this am after 23yrs of type 1 I have finally excepted my condition have taken my hba1 down from 11.3 to 7.1 . they have also put me on metrormin so I can reduce background insulin . wot a day also had blood test today to see if I'm type 1 or type 2 as my notes at hospital differ . I know after all this time that I'm type 1 only bad point is I discovered I have nuropathy in my feet o_O

Well done I have just found out I have gone from 9.2 - 6.7 in 4 months of carb counting probably the lowest I have been in 15+ years

Hope all goes well and the neuropathy improves
