had my bloods done tuesday had my results my Hba1c is down from 51 to 44 im so pleased ive lost 20lbs and im happy with that only rubbish thing is all my other bloods came back ok except my iron is low which is why im so tired as per my last posting at least some good news on the diabetes front

If there are no other serious reasons for low iron, then it can be fixed quickly with a prescription for an Iron supplement. I was really tired all the time even 3 months after my triple bypass. GP said I was at the low end of the normal range and tried me on supplement. Vastly improved energy in 2 weeks.

Brilliant news on the HbA1c front - and you may be interested to know that a low iron count can actually cause the HbA1c to be higher than it should be. I am not saying it is the case for you, but it can happen.
