Hi and Good day

I have been having high readings between 9.1 to 10.4 after fasting.

I am on medication -
Morning - 500g metformin plus 0.5g glipizide after breakfast

Noon - 500g metformin after lunch

Evening - 500g metformin plus 0.5g glipizide after light dinner

How can I reduce my blood sugar?
