Sore throat lozenges/remedies

    Can anyone suggest a low carb lozenge or remedy ?,
    I'm finding all the commercial ones very high sugar and currently needing several a day

    Strepsils do sugar free lozengers.
    Not sure of they contain any carbs.

    They do have carbs, but they're from the sweeteners, and those don't end up in the bloodstream. ;) I swear by them.

    So glad you posted this. I had a sore throat last week and was afraid to take any throat sweets for it.

    Yes, 1 found the ones I was using were 97 grams per 100. I have found some sugarfree ones today, but they don't have nutrition info on the packet, and they aren't as effective as the full sugar ones.

    I bought some of these yesterday but found that I reacted to the E-numbers. However, I just remembered that Dr. Bernstein recommended Sambucal lozenges. I'll try to get those.

    Vogel do an Echinacea throat spray that is very effective and natural it is available on line and in some herbalists
