This is a great blog for some fantastic recipes, not all totally low carb as she does use sweet potato now and again but she has some stunning recipes and YouTube videos on how to do different veggies.

My mother bought me one last month and it hasn't been used yet. I've been able to read through loads of recipes using my Kindle Unlimited subscription which is handy.

The spuraliser is absolutely superb. We spiralise courgette in butter and just add pesto. I love it so much that I have a bowl as a starter!!

I downloaded a couple kindle spiralising books and as yet not really used the books as I'm completely hooked on the courgettes...
