Yay I have done 40 minutes walking already.....now I can sleep for the rest of the day.
 
Quick check in.
Yesterday was a walk around the steep Dubrovnik city walls.
Today its walking around Venice and its HOT .

Just wanted you all to know Im keeping it up. X

30 minutes so far on bike. Will do last stint post evening meal to try and go to bed lower.

I would be happy to tell you off in Jamrox's absence. Well I would if I had been good. After completing the daily 40 mins in pathetic small chunks most of last week I have excelled this week. Back in the pool again today, 15 mins swim followed by 60 mins intense aquafit class.
Don't know why I was reluctant because it feels so good. Must not allow anything to put me off, so back in water tomorrow. Have a lot of holiday damage to put right.
 
Well I don't need telling off today. I am a reformed character. Walked for almost an hour, but not that quickly 'cos my chest muscles still hurt when I walk up slopes too quickly (I'm sure it's got absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I am daft enough to attempt to do a challenging exercise on another thread)

Morning Zand! Going to work now. Obs today! Not much sleep as our 9 year old had a nightmare in the middle if the night and crawled in with us for a cuddle for a bit! When she was little, there was a dancing toothbrush on Cbbies which has given her nightmares off and on since she was 4! I'm sure my family have a conspiracy thing going and like to keep me awake the night before! Lol! Been doing lots of walks recently but only losing 1lb or plateauing!
 
morning Scandi. Awww poor little thing, nightmares are horrid. Well you've been doing better than me with the weight loss and the exercise, I lost my way for a bit for a few weeks. Hope today goes well for you

...you always get back into it zand and keep on going...

....our team manager has organised a sort of treasure hunt around town this morning [you wouldn't believe the health and safety rules that have to be applied as we're out of the office during work time!] for us all instead of the usual weekly meeting as its quiet at the moment, so I think I'll be doing well over the 40 minutes' exercise today....
 
Well, I wish I could get up as early as you and put in the exercise early in the day. I didn't know there were two 6 O'clocks in a day.
 
They do it so that you have more adrenaline pumping, which will make you perform better. So hope your day goes well, and the weight loss and B G too.
 
Second day in Venice so walking around the Lido island ..its lovely.
Sounds like you are all telling each other off so no need for me to lol.
I ve tried to walk up the stairs on the ship instead of using the lift ...are you impressed lol.
Oh another week of holiday how will I cope lol.

Another 60 min aquafit workout. Still have a supermarket trolley walk to do and a shopping trip with daughter to give my bank card a workout. Good thing that there are plenty of seats so it will be a bust of activity, then a rest, then more activity. A bit of fartlek in with the shopping.
