I'm about to book a holiday to Sri Lanka. War aside, does anyone know of any difficulties I might find regarding insulin/diabetes? I will have a room with a fridge, so keeping insulin cool won't be an issue.

hi. You may or may not know about the Frio. It would be very useful for the temperatures you will encounter on your travels.

oh wow! that looks great! If I'd known earlier, I'd have saved spending an extra £300 on a superior room with a fridge, and got a couple of those :D

I'll still get a couple, cos they look excellent :) Thank you :)
