Hello all,
Have dined sumptuously on steak with diane sauce and with broccoli, cauli, and a tiny portion of carrot. BG was 4.6 before eating. 2 hr later 5.6. Who says low carb isn't fab! Got the idea of Diane sauce from one of Katherine's posts where she described dipping a chip in her son's Diane sauce. I always loved diane sauce before dx and lo and behold I CAN EAT IT!!!!! Yipee, gonna cover everything in Diane sauce now until I get fed up. Discovering new things every day that I CAN eat that are not high carb. Much more variety on low carb than high carb. Might even have this for Xmas dinner if I haven't scunnered myself by then.
