Whenever my levels are under 7 I am an emotional mess can burst into tears for no reason. My levels are all over the place even though I'm eating healthy and being sensible. In one day they can be 5 and end up going up to 19/20. I'm on insulin, and tablets as well but under a lot of stress in my personal life so not sure if that may be part of the reason?
Having counselling and know that considering a month ago I could not even test my levels that I'm doing well and in time will not have to rely on practice nurse injecting insulin - extreme needle phobic.
