Hi guys,

I'm ordering a subway for lunch and I want to have Italian bread. Anyone know the Carb situation?

At a guess, full of Italian carbs, but with more oil, so maybe not so bad? Has it got olives in it? What's the filling?

the salad bowl is great from subway, really good value too
