Just a quick "I'm proud of myself" - went out for my first post-diagnosis rollerblading session last night, four hours of pushing myself hard (a week off the wheels is too much!) and I only had One very mild hypo, which I noticed and corrected so it seems I got the pre-session carbs right and everything. Proved to me diabetes is now actually nothing more than a tiny sharp pain in the side a couple of times a day I'm dead happy. Back to normal life again And the best bit? I got to eat chocolate and bread before I went :mrgreen:
