It could get there if you lower your carbs and do some exercise Well done on that result....It might be a one off but it could become the norm for you in time with a bit of luck and a good diet
Smigger62, the official guidelines are 4.8 to 6.8 mmols most here would be happy with 5.5 mmols, note any rise of more than 2.0 mmols after eating is in need of further regulating,it's the swings of more than 2.0 mmols that can cause nerve damage, all the best.
