Sugar free biltong

Tried this today, very nice. Still got the chilli one, will try in a couple of days. Paleo versions are sugar free.

I must admit biltong/jerky were one of the reasons I wanted a dehydrator with a an appropriate chamber for hanging biltong/jerky in the making

A mate of mine makes up a good brew of biltong / jerky in his dehydrator, he does not use sugar in the chilli marinade at all.
