Again, could be but not my experience. I wear a CGM and walk 7000 steps (about 5 km) in 1 hour and immediately see BG start and continue dropping as I walk. Different strokes for different folks.

I definitely have different responses to different types of exercise. Slower and steadier makes levels fall: strenuous ( I suspect the adrenaline is a difference) makes them rise.

My BG also drops with low intensity exercise like walking, I'm pretty sure this is exactly what I said.

I think we all seem to be different depending on variables. Same as certain foods cause a rise in some people and no rise in others. Fitness levels come into it, muscle mass, sleep quality and exercise readiness, outside temperatures, general stress, glucose reserves, type of diabetes. Do you walk fast or slow, up hills or flat. Time of day is also important. Insulin resistance can rise for some people later in the afternoon, others it’s the morning. I walk and I get a rise in blood sugars. I do resistance training and I get big rises. I’m a bit of a fitness junkie. Like food, nobody is the same and our bodies respond differently to physical stress.

My BG always rises with exercise, and it doesn't matter what sort. We all differ.
