Sugar Rush Every Day

    I'm writing this as I'm on the road to severe damage but like the idiot I am I haven't as yet been subject to any and oblivious to problems. My eye checks and feet checks have been fine.

    My BS over the last 30 days is 14.1 way, way, way to much.

    I listened to the advice above, especially Kevin, but I truly believe I'm an addict as I was to alcohol. This is not a sob story and dont want sympathy I'm just putting it out there if anyone has experienced the same and what can be done to break this habit.

    It's crazy how the body craves it and I'm so easy to give into temptation.
