Is this gum harmful to diabetics or safe to use . I am type 2

you will need to look at the packet as some sugar free actually have a fair bit of sugar, or u could try it and test as what effects one diabetic is not forced to effect another

Virtually every type of sugar free gum contains Sorbitol. Have a read at this link which explains the connection with Sorbitol and Diabetes.
