Hi and welcome to the forums.
Have you done a pregnancy test?

To be honest, at 47 it could just be that you are getting slightly less regular....?

If you are pregnant, you have to decide what you want to do ahout the pregnancy. If you wanted to go ahead T1 doesn't necessarily mean you can't (as you know from your first pregnancy), but you should get yourself to a doctor asap, vitamins, monitoring, scans etc. And if your hba1c is high as well as your age then you may have some difficulty.

Where (country) are you located?

Good luck, whatever your state (pregnant or not) and whatever you decide to do about it if you are...

ps My kids are 26 and 30 and life would have been so much easier if continuous glucose monitors had been around for their pregnancies.

Lots of virtual hugs.

Well if you are pregnant and if you do want to go ahead, you're at a good starting point (pump). Do you have a continuous glucose monitor and as you're in the US, do you have a good health fund that'll cover you for T1 pregnancy? (I'm moderately clueless about health care in the US, other than it can be very expensive if you don't have coverage.)

But I'd concentrate on finding out whether you're pregnant first. :)

Have you had covid recently? I had covid in April and haven't had a period since. I know a few others have also experienced this.

I need to tell a friend this - she's worrying but had covid in early March. Negative pregnancy test but can't get a GP appointment and is imagining all sorts of issues
