Have you done a pregnancy test?
To be honest, at 47 it could just be that you are getting slightly less regular....?
If you are pregnant, you have to decide what you want to do ahout the pregnancy. If you wanted to go ahead T1 doesn't necessarily mean you can't (as you know from your first pregnancy), but you should get yourself to a doctor asap, vitamins, monitoring, scans etc. And if your hba1c is high as well as your age then you may have some difficulty.
Where (country) are you located?

ps My kids are 26 and 30 and life would have been so much easier if continuous glucose monitors had been around for their pregnancies.
