Hi,

I have been having 8/8.9 since I came back from 2 weeks holiday I do have a bit of the bad cough that is going aound but just took my temperature (underarm) which is 34 degrees although I am comming out in sweats is this something to be concerned with ? Went to bed the other night at 13.9
although I had oatmeal stuffing for dinner 4 hours earlier!

Last HbA1c 6.4 (Oct 2010)


D/E only no medication
1ST year with D living me tomorrow 22/01/2011
 
Normal body temp is around 37. Do you have thyroid problems ?
To be on the safe side I would phone your surgery and ask to speak to a Dr.

36.5 is normal I think I don't have thyroid problems but have had HBp since the last 13years which is controlled by medication. I have just taken my temp agian it has gone up to 34.9. :? (I have just washed the hall floor.

36.5 - 37 wouldn't be a worry but yours seems low and I think you need to monitor it and speak to your G.P. High blood pressure does not affect your temperature that I know of. Have just taken mine and it is 36.8 :lol:
 
Try taking temperature in mouth. Underarm can be inaccurate sometimes, even such things as deodorant or sweat can make a difference there.

Hello I have just taken my temperature by mouth and has raised to 36 thank goodness I was begining to panic thanks for all replies.
