Hi all

Just been to my family for a few days pre-christmas. Tried my best to keep on track but when you are a guest and it's a special occasion it is difficult to keep on the control wagon!!

What is great though, is that after seeing my BGs slowly starting to rise - I'm home in control again and have proof beyond doubt that I am in charge of my diabetes and I know how to get it back in line after a little hiccup! Back to normal within a day.

If I wasn't eating to my meter - I wouldn't have a clue.

Good luck over the holiday and have confidence that the measures you are taking REALLY work!!

You are so good! I fell off the wagon about 6 months ago, have put on about 5 kgs and I am really struggling to get back to healthy eating. I have just committed up to a gym membership for a year so that should get me going again, hopefully. Well done, you!!
