Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
One of the commonest threads on the forum must surely be about the side effects of certain drugs, some people are largely unaffected some people seem to have their lives ruined by them but love them or hate them some people owe their lives to prescription drugs.

Politicians who, in dealing with dictators, have a wishbone where a backbone should be.
