i oftern feal bit shakey when i cheack my blood it 5.1 ish i can prodict the level when i feel like this is this something to worie abount as i was told level should be inbertween 4.0 and 8.0

I do not know if this applies to you, but if you have recently started to lower your BG from otherwise higher levels, then you will feel a tad squiffy until your body adapts to your newer generally lower BG working levels.
I presume you have checked your BG test meter with the solution from the meter manufacturer, but if not, that should always be the first check if how you feel does not tally with your meter results.
To get a bottle of testing solution if you do not have one in date, simply ring the freephone number for your meter supplier and request one FOC and they will send one to you via the next working days post. If you are not sure of their phone number a quick search via Google will find it for you.
