Time differences on air travel

Hello

I am an insulin user with type 2 diabetes.
I am due to travel from the UK to Thailand for a 2 week holiday.
I currently use Novo Rapid at meal times and Lantus at night.
Given the time difference between UK and Thailand is 7 hours,
can anybody advise on amounts of insulin to be taken whilst travelling
and in resort
