- Some of the "candidates" in the Apprentice - I would never have employed some of the nasty individuals that pop up as potential employees in this show. If they are the best on offer then heaven help us!
Having started off so depressed earlier this week I finally feel I am getting somewhere. This is my 3rd day low carbing and my levels are dropping.
Started the week at 14.7 fasting and yesterday I was down to 10.2 and during the day I was fairly stable at 9.1/9.2 - still high but a heck of a lot better than 14.7
Friday was always my weighing day so I decided to start that again (I stopped because my weight had stuck). Lo and behold I've dropped 4lbs!! Then I did my morning test and was down to 9.9 - the first time I've been under 10 fasting in a few weeks. Continued with my lo-carb regime put in a good session at the gym, and despite having eaten I'm now down to 7.2 and I still have meds to take.
Not there yet but at least I feel I'm making progress again.
Here's to getting under 7 by next week!
